Shipping Policy
It is our priority to provide you with the best possible product, service, and delivery. Your order will be carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be updated through the PayPal website.
Large wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, with tracking information forwarded.
Return Policy
An item returned for refund must be returned within 30 days from invoice date; item must be new, unopened, in resaleable condition; and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Either email info@plantextractsinternational.com or call 877-999-4236 to request an RMA number. Once your return is received and approved we will contact you with the amount of credit you are due. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Plant Extracts International.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@plantextractsinternational.com and send your item to: Plant Extracts International, 600 11th Avenue South, Hopkins MN 55343.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plant Extracts International, 600 11th Avenue South, Hopkins MN 55343. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. If you are returning more expensive items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
